Unlike the first explorers who discovered the massive continent, modern day travelers have the luxury of personal tours of Antarctica. It’s never been easier to brave the Antarctic tundra. Specialized cruise ship companies routinely travel from South America to the nearby Antarctic islands. Most trips leave the port of Buenos Aires, Argentina to reach the Antarctic Circle. The average trip ranges from 7 to 23 days, depending on what your budget and schedule allow.

Antarctica is a place of unbelievably preserved natural beauty. The massive glaciers and towering snow-capped peaks are sure to take your breath away. Explore the numerous islands as you observe the wildlife in their natural habitat.
