Contest Rules

  1. To participate, complete an entry form with your email address, name, mailing address, and phone number, and submit it online.
  2. The contest opens Jan. 10, 2024, and ends Feb. 2, 2024. Deadline for entries is Feb. 2, 2024. Grand prize drawing will be held on Feb. 3.
  3. You may enter once per day on CarolinaTraveler.com, once per day on Tripfox.com, and once per day on TrekBible.com.
  4. Mailed entries must be received by Feb. 2, 2024 at Carolina Traveler, PO Box 1175, Cornelius, NC 28031.
  5. You must be at least 18 years old to win. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Entries will be enrolled the Carolina Traveler newsletter.
  6. Approximate retail value of the prize is $400. The prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  7. Winners are responsible for their own transportation, food, lodging, and incidental expenses.
  8. The prize must be redeemed before Mar. 15, 2024. Refunds, credit, and rainchecks are not offered for the prize passes.
  9. Participation in winter sports can result in injuries. By entering this contest you  release Carolina Traveler and the contest sponsors from all liability associated with the prize.
